Fuel Injection... what system do I have? 140-160 1974

I read alot about the D-jet system alot latly, but this does not sound like the system on my car. Mine does not have electronically controlled injectors, but continuous. Whats the name of the system I have, and where can i get an air filter for this car, even my volvo dealer here says they can't get one?

any help would be mucho gracias appriciatoed.
