I need some advice from someone that's been there; I have a blown head gasket, bettween #4 & #3 on my 740 turbo wagon. What's worse, is the erosion on the cyl. head where the hot gasses passed between the two cyls. Has anyone had any luck milling these heads? my guess is that it will take .020 " to clean it up. Will this raise the compression ratio enough to give me trouble in the future, ie detonation.Are there any used, servicable heads out there?Any feedback would be appreceated.
