Sorry about the blanket posting, but I figured I'd cover all the bases in one fell posting ;). First, is there a 200 series faq floating around? A friend recently aquired an 81 242T(b21ft), and its running rather poorly (only moderatly faster than my 740na, and most of that is cause he has a manual). It smokes a little bit on decel, and has other small problems. My second question comes from me and the mechanic i pay(but only when i dont have the time/knowhow/patience/etc to do it myself). What all connecting rods will bolt on to a volvo? We're both looking to (re)build turbo motors(b239k's to be more specific), and he wanted to know if a) the bigger rods from the later motors would fit and b) if other rods would work as well. I already knew that the 90+ rods would work, but I haven't read of any others. Thanks for the help!
