760 rear end question( iRS)

does anyboduy know or have irs rear end with strong engine

well i do, but the problem is i ran 20 boost over 3-4 months on my car

it was fine before the rear end went out on me.I dont understand is it becouse I would rev it up and put in on D and do a mean pill out constantly or its kust too much this type of rear end. Does anybody know if IRS is strong enougth to hold up all that power, talking (280-300) HP
