I don't have much experience with these, but I have a few ideas.

The resistance of the injectors is pretty low, A repair manual may mention this or someone knows.

If fuel is coming out, they likely are getting voltage....or they're all stuck open. You could test that by disconnecting the power to each one, or simply turning off the car....they shouldn't leak.

If they are like hoses I'd think they are really dirty. Maybe i'd confirm this with some one else but I'd get some new ones...or try one new one to see how it looks.

I'd think with such a lousy spray, your car would run as you describe.......
