Fault code 2-2-1 is O2 sensor not working. Put a voltmeter on the O2 sensor output with the engine warm. If the voltage cycles from about 0.5 to 0.9 volts, the O2 sensor is good. If the voltage is steady you have a bad O2 sensor.
