"very close to spec" is still not within spec. Get them to adjust everything within specifications. I don't understand why they didn't do so while they were measuring everything anyway, since it's the setting-up that takes time, not the adjustment. I've found that 7xxs are very sensitive to misalignment.

The obvious other possibilities are tire pressures and brakes.

Once you are certain of these, check your shocks for damage. If nothing else is the culprit (and assuming that there is no accident damage), all that's left is the suspension itself.
