134A conversion 700 1985

I got all the parts to do the R12 to R134A conversion but no directions. After reading the FAQ I see that someone has them and would be willing to email them to me. If that is the case that would be great. So if anyone has the directions and wouldn't mind helping out a brickster I would really appreciate it. Thanks
