Yes, if you put tires on that take advantage of the 6" width. I went from 185/70/14 on 14x5.5 wheels to 205/55/15 tires on 15x6 Turbo wheels, and there was a very noticable change in handling (less sidewall flex, more rubber on the road, and I'm using a softer tire).
