Try this. Loosen the regulator mounting nuts just enough so the regulator can move in it's mounting holes. Roll up the window all the way. Roll it down just slightly by bumping the switch. ( about 1/4-1/2") Then tighten the nuts. This usually sets the regulator where it wants to be and window rolls smoothly both ways.
