fuel problem with 740T 700 1987

Hello, thanks for service. I have a 1987 740T wagon with 195K which has developed a situation I havenn't remedied. Approx. 2 months ago,[after rear muffler spontaneously fell off at 60mph] the engine started to act as if it were flooding for fuel. This vehicle will "bog" down[act as though it is really disfiring or that there were a governor on vehicle]in 3/4/5 accleration, and anytime there is a "load" on vehicle. I changed wires, plugs, tried a differant Oxygen sensor, checked for outside air leaks into delivery system, tired to determine if it might be a vacuuam leak. Any thoughts????? Eric
