Modification Clasification 200 1989

I wanted to know if anyone could tell me what my car would be clasified as.

It has a K and N air filter, Turbo front and Rear sway bars, stiff overload springs, turbo exhaust, and Boge Turbo Gas shocks.

Would it be in the E street prepared catagory?

I am just curious, because the car is No longer "stock".
