Cameron,
I was originally assuming the 240 air dam would be an easier fit to the 140 bumper, considering the similarities of the cars widths, etc. You would probably have to do no more than drill holes in the bottom of your bumper to mount the air dam to. The 740 air dam is very straight compared to the more "V" shaped 140 bumper, and I had to cut off the corner mounting holes, as they stuck out beyond the bumper. After looking at pictures of both styles, I think I now prefer the 740, as there is more flat area in the front, the 240 has more of a crease, reducing the frontal area. And that is what my main intention was- to cover up the steering components you could see below the bumper. The center of the air dam is mounted to the very back part of the bumper to get the corners in the right spot, again the rounded bumper and straight air dam. The finished look is quite good, though.
I just checked my roommate's Polaroid, and it has pictures left, so I'll go out and take a couple and post it sometime tonight, to give you an idea of the look. Thanks for the interest!
