A/C 700 1989

FOR A 740 TURBO, 5 SPEED. INTERCOOLER COOLS WELL WHEN IDLING OR MOVING A A CONSTANT SPEED, BUT IT QUITS CIRCULATING COOL AIR WHEN ACCELERATING OR LOADING WHEN GOING UPHILL.

COULD IT BE THE A/C CLUTCH? MAYBE A VACUUM PROBLEM?
