If fuel pump relay re-solder doesn't fix it, try this:

Carry a spare spark plug, and next time this happens, pull one of the plug wires and check for spark. If no spark, suspect the flywheel position sensor. There seems to be a rash of that lately. Mine did the same thing (started fine cold, but not warm) and it was the aforementioned sensor.
