If one or both hydralic engine mount are collapsed normal engine idle vibration is felt in the car and you may just think the engine is shaking.

I was not aware the resonating exhaust could make the engine shake. Has it been hung correctly with rubber hangers?

Idle speed is controlled electronically at 750 RPM and 900 RPM with AC on. Should'nt be hard to fool the computer into thinking the AC is on.
