Ok. this is getting frusterating. I have recently re-begun the resurectiopn of my brakes and they have been giving me some grief. I recently replaced: the MC, juncton block, all pads, and rear rotors. There is fresh dot 3/4 fluid in the sysytem and i'm 90% sure that i have all the air out of the lines. Here's the problem, the brake pedal changes the contact position when driving. Sometimes it will be firm and right at the top(where I like it), and other times I will have to push the pedal halfway to the floor to get any brakes. They work well eveery stop, especially now that I have new pads(the rears were worn to a few mm's), but they still are not right...Could it be the MC, I had it put in a little over a year ago, it SHOULD be fine but it seems like it could be the culprit. The only other thing I can think of is the vacuum is changing enough that it is messing with the booster. I think I will bleed the brakes one more time to make absolutely sure that there is no air there, but I don't think there is. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks a million in advance,
nathan
