Well, yes, I'm sure it is flooding in all 4 cylinders, and I just found out why. The fuel mixture is extra rich for some reason, meaning when my car does start, it shakes and there is some extra-rich smoke from the exhaust, this is until I've revved it, clearing it out, and then it drives perfectly. However, sometimes, as I said, usually after its run hot and then sat for 15 minutes, it just wont fire, and the fuel mixture floods the engine. This should clarify my post by quite a bit, hopefully.
