Maybe your fuel pressure regulator gets stuck from driving at the same speed for a while. Other than that I'd check the IAC for cleanliness and proper function. Either that or you could just not slow down once you get off the freeway. Seems like that'd be the cheapest solution, unless you get pulled over doing 70 in a 35mph zone for some strange reason.
