Transmission 700 1985

I have a problem with my Volvo 740 -85 automatic (AW71). When I start my car I can drive about 20 meters forward or backward then the transmission starts slipping. If I turn off the engine and wait a wile I can drive 20 meters again. I have tried to fill upp more transmission oil but no result.
