got an intermitent stalling problem under load, any answers? 200 85

I have an 85 240 DL 4cyl bosch fuel system non turbo, the car is all orginal and in great shape , but i have an intermitent stalling problem, it seems to be when it is under load in od, it acted like a fuel pump and the fuel pressure was lower then what it was suppose to be so i changed it and the fuel filter also , the car only has the one pump below the rear pass seat with the fuel filter , it doesnt have the tank pump, and the car was recently tuned up after this problem came into my life, plugs, wires, cap & rotor were all replaced and really didn't need to be, so now it acts like the same as before like no fuel or someone is turning off the ignition switch under a load , and has a ruff idle, this car ran like a champ and is well taken care of , this problem is killing me because the wife drives the beast and gets on my case. so any help or idea's would be greatly appreciated.
