I got the new rotor in with the new cap, and it still won't start. It's now just turning over and over without the faintest hint of running. One thing I forgot to mention is that it really smelled of fuel when this all started. But ever since I changed the cap and it ran that one time, it hasn't smelled at all. And while it was smelling at least it would sputter and try to run, now nothing.
