WASO key blank - where to find? 140-160 1973

My car has a Gen-U-Wine Volvo locking gas cap. The car came with only one key for it. This has much potential to be BAD.

I tried to get a spare made at my favorite locksmith shop. They never heard of WASO, which is the name on the key. Neither does any of their books contain a cross reference to WASO.

Any ideas on where I can get a WASO key blank?
