Maybe this should go in the opinion forum??? I don't want to start a flame war, but are you an engineer? Last time I checked there were several engineering fields available for study at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, including internal or self-contained propulsion engineering, or "rocket science." I'm sure there are more than a few software/network engineers out there who would take offense at the way you describe their type of schooling... the process of engineering and design doesn't always have to be applied in a way that results in a product you can build with your hands or see with your eyes. Of course, as always, it's just my two cents.
