Headlights 120-130 62

Any opinions on the best sealed-beam headlights for these 122 cars? I have one Wagner which is quite a bit brighter than the Sylvania Halogen next to it. (I swapped the bulbs side-to-side just to make sure it wasn't just the connection and ground). The Wagner (non-halogen as far as I can tell) is brighter.
