Could be the wiring harness. Jiggle it and see what happens, I was able to take the key out of the car and it would still be running until i changed my harness. Also somtimes (this was 2 years ago when i had a papaer route) it would suddenly turn off, good fun at 4 in the morning when your half asleep flinging newspapers. Its only a guess...
