Spool down time? 700 85

I know youre not supposed to rev the engine before turning it off, and I know after driving youre supposed to left the turbo "spool down" before turning the enging off. But whats a good rule of thumb? I usually let it spool down for about 2 minutes after hard driving or driving more than 30 miles. Just wondering.
