Oh my aching back.....HELP!!!!! 200 '88

i need to replace/repair my drivers seat QUICKLY. my back is killing me from driving to the office this morning. i think i may need to replace the top half of the padding. know any places to get padding?? i don't care if it's volvo original, specially engineered for maximum density, etc. i'm looking for foam that will fit and is as inexpensive as i can get. i'm cheap and i'll pinch a penny until lincoln screams.

any help/info is greatly appreciated.
