I tried to put a pre-made JC whitney headliner in my wagon. Things went smoothly until I got to the part that's attached by the windshield. I never did figure it out. Sent the whole thing to an upholstery guy and he did it for me. It cost about $150 in labor but he put in new windlace while he was at it. If you're trying to make one from scratch, I definitely suggest you let the pros do it. My poor wagon sat in the driveway for 9 months until I finally decided I couldn't do it.
