Pressurized Block 700 86

86 740 B230F 131,000. I still have pressure in my block. I cleaned out the flame trap and hoses as suggested by Steve. I did a compression check and all cylinders are between 161 and 170. There is still a lot of air coming out of oil fill cap. What else could it be. Thank's Brad
