Wow you're getting a lot better gas mileage than me! You lucky bastard.

Wait no you're not. Yes that is quite low for even the heaviest of 7 series turbos. I'd get a voltmeter out and check the O2 sensor for constant high readings. High = rich. Of course you could just go nuts and buy an air/fuel meter too. If your engine runs hot as well, it could be something as simple as a clogged catalytic convertor. Good luck with the fixins.
