Wow I'm so jealous. There are lots of turbo guys at badbricks.com and they know everything. As far as fit is concerned, everything fits its just engine mangement, ECUs etc that have to be pulled out of the donor. Lokk into fuel delivery pressure as well and the fuel return may be different. The trannies sometimes have different ratios(and are stronger) as well as the rear end, probably the best would be to swap in the whole lot. It's possible to remove the axle without opening the brake lines, and in my experience the only bushing that wear fast are the torque rod's so the switch is easy and cheap.
