B18D to B18B 120-130 1967

The original motor in my '67 122 was running pretty well, except for blowby and only has 86K. I'm going to tear it down and rebuild it. Hoping that the bearings are fine - just rering and valve job. My question is this. If I want to turn this into a B with a little more compression, how much do I mill the head? My understanding is that the only difference between the D and B motors is cam and the head thickness and that unlike the later B20 heads, B18D and B18B heads were identical except for deck height. Is this right? And would that be a D cam I'd be looking for? thanks
