replace calipers? 200 1986

I'm about to replace the original Girling front rotors on my car, which have nearly 200K miles on them. I'm wondering if, as a pre-emptive measure, I should replace both calipers (which are original also). I've already replaced both rear calipers due to frozen pistons. I learned that once a piston freezes, it can wear the pad down to the metal backing very quickly, and I don't want to risk ruining a new set of rotors. Any advice appreciated.
