I used to work at a similar chain. I won't say the name, but it rhymes with Mal-bowl-green.

I had to take a test to advance to the next level of pay. It involved doing a service with the manager checking my work.

Long story short, I neglected to put oil in the customer car. Nervous, I guess.

I assumed I'd failed. But I did not. The manager told me I only missed one thing, and I had to miss 5 to fail.

So I'd never go there again.
