It is natural that there will be a bit more turbo lag with an intercooler.

However, ultimate boost should be higher..... with more power produced and less chance of destructive detonation.


Maybe I'm missing something but adjusting the length of that bleed off line is not the same as adjusting your wastegate. Your wastegate is still set to open at about 7psi, no? Please adjust to open at about 11psi with a hand pressure pump.
