Thanks for the response. I have the Haynes and Chilton manuals on the car, and just haven't had time to consult them. In the summer, I replaced most of the ignition components, including plugs, wires, rotor and cap. I also replaced the fuel pump relay around that time. These things are all in good working order. I am sure the ol' girl was just a little cold.
I know that at 145K, she is just a pup and that is why things like this are not major annoyances. I will probably have to replace the blower motor as well as the heater control panel. The motor was "groaning" a bit anyway. Is this task worth undertaking myself, or should I possibly consult the "professionals" at an independent Volvo shop?
