Q: What is the correct way to start the 240?

I've figured that a few tunrns on the strater may bring up oil pressure, so it's never worried me. My Dad's b23e (ie Canada spec k-jet b23) has *always* been that way, as has my 73 142 d-jet.
On the other hand, Jarrod, do you have a part number or despcription for this valve? Are they found on k-jet cars or lh-jet cars, or both?
