Perhaps others are using the same prodecure as I am. When my post is ready, I hit the "Submit Message" button at the bottom. I get back the same post. It appears that nothing happened. I then hit "Index - No Reload", and sometimes I get the post again, sometimes the index. But there are several opportunities there for folks to think the message has not gone through.

Maybe I am using an incorrect procedure. Maybe there are some education words you could add at the top that might help. I, too, have noticed a definite increase in duplicate posts since the change took effect.
