So, I decided to swap the engine on my 87 760Ti, and I bought a 94 940Ti at auction. Initially, I just wanted to move over the block and tranny, but then I got a bit too ambitious. I have ended up swapping over the block, tranny, engine wiring harness, every wire that runs through the firewall, the A/C system (in it's entirety), the intercooler, electric fan for the radiator, the air handler, the climate control system, the entire dashboard, the stereo, the seats, and all of the fuel and diagnostic computers. I know, little nutso, yeah?
My question is this... what the heck do I call it now? Do I average 760 and 940 and come up with the 850 type RWD? Or do I just call it the Franken-volvo? :)
Thanks!
