OK, so that's unknown vibration (possibly serious), a sticking throttle (dangerous) and fluid leaks (possibly damaging to the vehicle mechanics). I'ld say it's undrivable, except possibly short distances under carefully controlled conditions. Maybe a couple of miles at low speed, certainly not tens of miles on the highway. Not knowing where you live or your local vehicle regulations I would suggest checking first if you're not in violation driving a vehicle with known safety-related defects.

I don't know your insurance regulations, but based on earlier discussions and general knowledge I'ld suggest putting your foot down and either getting the adjuster to come to you, or perhaps putting the car at a trusted local mechanic and having him prepare an estimate. Do by all means include suspension and mechanical work.

I don't know how much compensation you're entitled to for a rental car, but generally I'ld expect the insurance company of the at-fault driver to be liable to compensate you for reasonable costs incurred by their clients mishap, including replacement transportation while your vehicle is out of commission, or for a reasonable period of time (couple of weeks) if it's a total loss and you have to look for a replacement vehicle.

If you have any lawyer friends, get them to make threatening noises. Yes, I know. Don't voluntarily swim with landsharks. Still...) Threats of back/neck problems have also been known to work.
