Weird power problem 200 1983

The idle isn't all that rough at all. I have already stuck a can of fuel injector cleaner in the tank (haven't done that in about three years) and it seems to run pretty good.

Am concerned from other posts about (a) flame trap; (b) engine running hot. Could it also be what is known as "Toyota Camry Syndrome," that is, carbon buildup in the engine cylinders?
