Gee, I was refering to my experiences. Calm down, I'm not bashing you, at all, no way, no how...

My brand new microwave just crapped out. It's been in less than two weeks and all I get from Sears is, wee're very sorry, but it will be Feb 4th before someone can be out to fix it. Well, screw that, we're taking it out and returning it. Sears whould be bending over backwards to get us a new one. Twits...
