Weird power problem: SOLVED. 200 1983

Apparently, I had a problem with the distributor. It was the original equipment (circa 1983) and had 333K miles on it. Apparently, when the distributor got hot enough (and worn out enough), it would shut down the fuel pump. Apparently, that was the only year they made that kind of distributor.

Others with weird power and fuel pump problems may wish to check their distributors as well.
