fOR THE REAR you will need a bushing puller/pusher and preferably an impact wrench. Search the archives for the bushing puller link, it's home made for about $20 and it can be adapted for all the rear (and probaly front) bushings. The rear is a bit of a pig to work on, my technique was to remove all the brke hardware (with out opening any brake lines)so that I could drop the axle far enough for easy acces to all the bits, others may differ. You will definatly need two good jack stands, and an impact driver for dissassembly. Last time I tried to remove rear suspension mount without an impact driver I broke bolts off the assembly, this time even all the the nuts were salvagable. Me I bought a kit with a mix of poly and standard bushings, stiff is not always best in handling mods, bbut my experience with the poly is that they instal easier and I don't mind the stiffness. Plus if you search the poly costs the same on sale as the rubber.
