What's goin on people??

OK I got a few estimates from other body shops in area. One place I went said I have about 2000 in damages and the other place said I had about 2300 in damages not including mechanical damages. I will get maybe one or two more estimates tomorrow and include the mechanical damages. I am NOT signing no release forms until i feel the amount is satifactory. How shall go about getting this information across to this claim adjuster without getting to pissed? I was thinking of just driving to this company and presenting this in person. Any thoughts or suggestions? Much thanks. B.
