Yet another hard start problem..... 700 1988

Okay, I tried that, but no luck.
Here are two things I noticed
1) If you turn the car off and turn it on again within 15 mintutes its fine

2) My throttle is a little "stiff" right at the begining of the rotation, like there is a metal on metal strain. I don't think this would affect anything but I think this came from the throttle hitting the Cherry Turbo Brace once.
