Try the Vclassics site, I know there are at least a couple of SU articles in the tech archive.

And if you really want a lot of info, send off to Ztherapy for their "Just SU's" video. Pretty rough editing (if any at all) but about three hours of SU teardown and setup. Very thorough.

Moss Motors is a very good source for SU parts, but watch out for shipping costs.
