Thanks for the posts.

Matt82 --- for sure it is not the aaalternator. I have gone thru he alternator before and it is in OK shape.

I believe it is a poor ground somewhere, but don't ahve a good schematic tobegin tracing the wiring.

Got any idea of where to get a GOOD manual??? I have a Bently for the 240 but not one for the 760 ---are they available for the 760???
