240 Brake Pad Replacement S90-V90 1990

I recently replaced front pads on 1991 740 girling and the black stuff that came on back of artermarket pads is TEFLON COATING I was told. I still used lubricant in all appropriate places.congratulate yourself on a job well done! mark-hope this helped.PS: MOST VOLVO mechanics HATE 240's,they're like MAYTAG-THEY NEVER NEED ANYTHING!!!!
